We collect only the data we need to run workshops, and we never sell your personal information. NumzRig (“NumzRig”, “we”, “us”), Thimphu, Wangchu Taba, Bhutan, is the data controller for numzrig.com.
1. What we collect

2. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you (your booking), to meet legal obligations (tax and accounting), for our legitimate interests (site security and improvement), and with your consent (marketing emails and optional information).
3. Marketing
We send newsletters or offers only if you opt in. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing bcassrai@gmail.com.
4. Cookies
The site uses essential cookies to work, and analytics or marketing cookies only if you accept them in the cookie banner.

6. How long we keep it
- Booking and payment records: 6 years, for tax and accounting
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe
- Enquiries: 12 months after the conversation ends
- Workshop recordings: 12 months, unless stated otherwise for a workshop
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. Email bcassrai@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and reputable providers to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
9. Children
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 without a parent’s or guardian’s consent. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes
We will post any update here with a new effective date, and email you about significant changes.
