Terms of Use
Effective date: 16 October 2026
By using numzrig.com or booking a workshop with NumzRig (“NumzRig”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book a workshop.
1. Who we are
NumzRig is operated by NumzRig, Thimphu, Wangchu Taba, Bhutan. Contact us at bcassrai@gmail.com or +975 17811905.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book. A parent or legal guardian must book for, and accept these Terms on behalf of, anyone under 18. Some workshops may set their own minimum age, shown on the workshop page.
3. Bookings
- A booking is confirmed only when payment is received and you get a confirmation email.
- You must give accurate name, email and contact details. We are not responsible for missed updates sent to a wrong address.
- Places are limited and allocated first come, first served.
- Bookings are personal. You may transfer your place to another person by emailing us at least 48 hours before the start.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Bhutanese Ngultrum (Nu.) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.
- We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects a booking already paid for.
- Promotional codes have their own terms, cannot be combined and have no cash value.
5. Cancellations and refunds
To cancel, email bcassrai@gmail.com with your booking reference.

- If we cancel a workshop or move it to a date you cannot make, you can choose a full refund, a transfer to another date, or a credit toward another workshop. We do not cover travel, accommodation or other costs you incur.
- Pre-recorded courses, downloads and recordings are non-refundable once accessed, unless faulty or not as described.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- This section does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
6. Workshop delivery
- We may change the venue, online platform, schedule or instructor for reasons outside our control. We will tell you as early as we can.
- For online workshops, you are responsible for your own internet connection, device and software.
- For in-person workshops, you must follow venue safety rules and instructor directions. Tell us in advance about any accessibility needs.
7. Code of conduct
Treat other participants and instructors with respect. The following are not allowed:
- Harassment, discrimination, threats, or offensive comments or images
- Recording, screenshotting or streaming a session without permission
- Sharing workshop links, logins or materials with people who have not booked
- Unsolicited selling or promotion to other participants
- Attending under the influence of alcohol or drugs
We may warn, mute, remove or ban anyone who breaks these rules, without a refund. Report a problem to the instructor or to bcassrai@gmail.com.
8. Intellectual property
All workshop content, including slides, recordings, worksheets, code and videos, belongs to NumzRig or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal learning. You may not copy, resell, share publicly, record or redistribute it without our written permission.
9. Recordings and photos
We may photograph or record sessions for quality and promotional use, and will tell you at the start. If you do not want to appear, tell the instructor and we will keep you out of published material.
10. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the site. That includes attempting unauthorised access, uploading malicious code, scraping content, or using the site for anything unlawful.
11. Certificates
Where a certificate of completion is offered, it confirms attendance only. It is not an accredited qualification unless the workshop page says so.
12. Disclaimer
Content on the site and in workshops is for education only. It is not professional, financial, legal or technical advice for your situation. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, job or income. Links to third-party sites are for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.
13. Limitation of liability
- To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the workshop concerned.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
14. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version on the site when you book applies to that booking.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bhutan. Disputes go to the courts of Thimphu, Bhutan, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
